THE longest match in Australian Open history at 5 hours and 14 minutes, which is incredible because the previous record came from a match that went 14-12 in the 5th set (in Grand Slams in case you didn't know that 5th set does not go to a tiebreaker but merely continues until one player has won by 2 games) As Nadal acknowledged even Before the match, Verdasco has vastly improved, and I will hope to see him contend in the French Open and Grand Slams to come. Nadal will be needing to get some rest before another final rematch with the Machine Roger Federer, and I know the nation is happy to see this one again. Federer goes for his record tying 14th Grand Slam title and I believe he will take it, the way he has been playing, I say he beats Rafa in another glorious match and man am I looking forward to that one. I'm glad I atleast won that. He's playing an AWSOME game if you ask me. At one point in time in this tennis match I thought he was going to lose it.
