Nuggets at
76ers
Barely a week into the 2008-09 season, the Denver Nuggets pulled off a blockbuster trade for Chauncey Billups. It not only made them one of the league’s biggest first-half surprises but also a potential title contender.
Billups has made an immediate impact with the Nuggets, averaging 18.0 points and 6.2 assists. The veteran point guard also directs the league’s sixth-highest scoring offense (103.5) and is efficiently distributing the ball to Carmelo Anthony, who is averaging a team-high 21.8 points.
Denver won nine of its final 11 games before the break, culminating in the victory over the Southeast-leading Magic.
Yeah so I want to say Denver will take this no problem right? Wrong, I’m thinking the 76ers will win this ball game tonight by a 3-pointer. It’s going to be a very close game in my eyes, regardless of all the moves and the oustanding play the Nuggets have been doing in their recent games. Andre Iguodala will have to have an OUTSTANDING GAME and lead his team his team to the victory tonight!
