News: With Al Jefferson likely out for the season with a knee injury and Craig Smith still out with a cracked rib, Love has been told to expect 35 minutes or more playing time for the immediate future, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.

Spin: Love should see a boost in playing time even when Smith returns as he could become the focus of the interior offense with Jefferson out.

David West, Nor PF
News: As expected, West was suspended for Monday’s game against the Grizzlies for a flagrant foul against Minnesota’s Mike Miller on Sunday.

Spin: He will not receive any additional fines for the foul. Look for Sean Marks to replace him in the starting lineup.

Andray Blatche*, Was PF
News: Blatche, who has missed the last seven games with a left knee strain, did some work in practice Monday but said that the knee is still bothering him and he will likely wait until after the all-star break to return, the Washington Post reports.

Spin: Blatche, who did dress Sunday, wanted to play but was told to wait by the team’s athletic training staff, and he’s glad he did. “Yeah, I was probably a little too anxious to get back out there and test it,” Blatche said. “It’s been feeling better and I talked myself into playing, but when I was out there today, I could still feel it bothering me. I’m going to stick around over all-star break and work it so I can be ready.” At this point, plan on Blatche returning to the Wizards soon after the All-Star Break.

Jeff Foster, Ind C
News: Foster will likely miss Tuesday’s game against the Cavs with a sore lower back, the Pacers’ Official Website reports.

Spin: Look for Rasho Nesterovic and Roy Hibbert to pick up the slack left behind in his absence.

Sasha Pavlovic*, Cle SG
News: Pavlovic could be out for up to six weeks with what has been diagnosed as a right ankle sprain, the Associated Press reports.

Spin: The team reported that he will be out for a minimum of four weeks with the possibility his missed playing time could reach six weeks. The Cavs are hurting at guard, but Delonte West could be a good option to replace Pavlovic, as he is expected to return from a wrist injury after the All-Star break.

Drew Gooden, Chi PF
News: Gooden (groin, abdomen) practiced on Monday, though he is not expected to play Tuesday against Detroit, the Chicago Tribune reports.

Spin: Gooden has missed nine games with groin and abdominal problems.
